With Spring Break here and summer just around the corner, we're excited to share about three new learning games that our kids love! On Track, Gemz!, and Lava Lizards have kept our family very entertained. As parents, we love that they promote academic skills in a really fun way and at $9.99 per game, the price can't be beat! Gemz!® Three Corner™ Card Game
Gemz! is a fantastic family-friendly game. The object of the game is to collect six gem cards of the same color before your opponents. It's a fun way to practice turn-taking skills, decision-making, and color identification with young learners. The gem cards are a fun size and shape for kids, which makes the game that much more engaging. Luck of the draw and the Swap Card provide the element of surprise and a lot of laughs as well. It's a fast paced game, which is perfect for younger kids. (Our family typically completes a round in under 30 minutes.) Gemz! can be played with 2-4 players and is recommended for kids ages 4+. Lava Lizards® Three Corner™ Card Game
This game is so on-trend right now! We use Lava Lizards in our pediatric clinic and it is a HUGE hit. Many of our parents were excited to have a new way to practice language skills that is as fun for them as it is for their kids. With five different ways to play, our children never tire of it. It's a great way to target colors, matching, shape representation, turn-taking, strategic thinking skills and more. No wonder it's won the 2020 National Parenting Product Award! We love that this game is easy to throw in a purse or travel bag without taking up much space. The perfect way to keep kids busy and quiet in waiting rooms or airports! One of our favorite features of Lava Lizards is its ability to play solo or with a group (up to four people at a time), with games lasting around 15 minutes in length. On Track® Three Corner™ Card Game
On Track may be our favorite of all of TREND enterprise,Inc.'s Three Corner games. Also an award winner, the object of this game is to build your route from engine to terminal before your opponents. The connector cards fit together differently every time you play the game. If you have any train aficionados in your group, they may appreciate the colorful representations of the well-known locomotives Big Boy, Challenger, Daylight, and Royal Hudson. The four action cards included keep players on their toes and the Gold Spike Card comes into play for team-play options. You'll definitely want to toss this game in your bag for grab-and-go fun no matter where you are. The recommended age for this game is 8+, with games lasting about 30 minutes in length.
