The Crispy Steelex Premium Fry Pan is made of high quality stainless steel that is scratch resistant, corrosion resistant and durable. Its stay-cool metal handle is ergonomically designed, making it comfortable and easy to use. It also features a measuring scale inside the pan for preparing sauces and an extra wide pouring rim for dripless pouring. I will say, this pan has some weight to it! You'll definitely notice the quality in the design.
Cooking:
The Novogrill surface of the pan creates a grilling effect on food without the fat external crispy frying. It actually generates a "non-stick" experience without the coating or need for fats and oils. We don't use non-stick coated pans in our home, so this was a very important feature for us. We also love that the grooved surface of the pan allows steam to escape from food. That means that your food sits on top of the fats and oil without direct contact, making it a healthier meal.
