Those of you who follow us often know about my obsession with ThermoWorks silicone cooking tools. They're quite simply the best utensils on the market for cooking and baking, so it's no surprise that their Hi-Temp Silicone Brushes are on my gift recommendation list this year! Perfect for stocking stuffers, DIY gourmet gift sets or as stand-alone gifts...you can't go wrong. Every person I've gifted ThermoWorks silicone products to has loved them as much as I do and uses them often because they are made to last.

The Low Down on the Brushes
ThermoWorks Hi-Temp Silicone Brushes come in two sizes, 8-inch and 12.5-inch, are made of BPA-Free Stain Resistant Silicone for healthy cooking and can withstand 600°F. They're made from a single piece of molded silicone and hold and release two times more sauce. I love that they are dishwasher safe for easy clean up and even find that they rinse very easily during and after use as well. The color doesn't fade, so they look practically new even years later.
The design of these brushes was made with a professional chef and pitmaster in mind, which is why they are commercial kitchen quality. The silicone bristles are spaced in such as way that they hold and transfer a large amount of sauce easily and accurately. The brushes come in ten different color choices, so it's easy to match your kitchen theme or the theme of the special person on your gift list. The brushes come in 10 colors to help prevent cross-contamination. You could also match your brushes to your Thermapen color or choose a color that matches your company colors. Whatever color you choose, you will be happy you have one of these brushes in your drawer!
