Cook Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- frozen pie crust
- 3 large eggs
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- frozen spinach
- 1 package of Cabot Hot Habanero Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place frozen pie crust in pie pan and set it aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, mix eggs, ricotta cheese and shredded Cabot Cheese.
4. Add thawed frozen spinach and walnuts. Mix together.
5. Transfer mix to pie pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
7. Allow pie to cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
8. Cut and enjoy!
