A good night's sleep is one of the most important factors to a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, it can be one of the hardest things to achieve. I don't know how many nights I've laid awake tossing and turning with my mind racing. For new moms, it's even worse. If your little one isn't enjoying solid sleep, you aren't either.

As soon as my SoundSpa Slumber Scents machine arrived, I plugged it in and gave every option a try. It definitely has everything I was looking for and more. The entire unit is really intuitive. In addition to the alarm clock and sound and spa diffuser, it also offers Bluetooth® Technology to stream your own music! Each night, I turn on the diffuser with a little lavender oil and set the sound machine sleep timer, which has an option of a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Then I climb in bed to get some sleep! The background noise really helps to calm my mind, allowing me to fall asleep faster, and stay asleep longer. In the morning, the alarm goes off and I choose some music to stream that will help me start the day. It's been such a success that I wish I would have gotten one sooner! I also love the sleek, upscale design and plan to get another for our guest bedroom as well.
