New Year's Resolution: Health and Beauty #damagedhair #Biolage #ParabenFree #SayGoodbyetoDry

If you've decided to ring in 2017 with health and beauty resolutions, you're in good company. In fact, it's one of the most popular resolutions made each year! One easy way to stick with your goal is to invest in quality hair products. Personally, Biolage is at the top of my list.

About two months ago my stylist recommended Biolage to improve the strength of my hair. I ended up sticking to the regimen below and am really happy with how much healthier my hair is now.You wouldn't know how dry it is naturally because Biolage KeratinDose moisturizes and smooths so well. It's also helps with my over-processed highlights, which are pretty fragile otherwise. Within about a month, I noticed a substantial difference.

My Personal Biolage Regimen:

Indian Amla Oil - I typically use this oil in my hair as a primer before I shampoo each day, but you can also use it during conditioning or as a finishing treatment. It adds a nice shine if you use it as a finishing treatment. It's great for damaged or fragile hair because it gives it 4x the strength. Use your judgment on how much you should use, based on the thickness of your hair.

Biolage KeratinDose Shampoo - This is one of my favorite shampoos, which I use everyday. It's formulated with Pro-Keratin and Silk to provide reinforcement for over-processed, weak or fragile hair. It also helps fight frizz, which is a struggle of mine. I also love the smell of this product!
  • Increases elasticity and shine
  • Free of sulfates, parabens and harsh salts
  • Leaves your hair 90% more conditioned

Biolage KeratinDose Conditioner - I can't go a day without a good conditioner. I like the KeratinDose because it controls and tames my hair without leaving it heavy or flat. I typically leave it on for 3 minutes in the shower.
  • Paraben-free
  • Nourishes hair and prevents damage
  • Moisturizes and smooths for manageability and silky feel

Biolage HYDRASOURCE moisturizing hair mask  - I use this mask three times a week to deeply condition my hair. It really helps to keep the dryness at bay, soften my hair and reduce frizz. It's paraben-free as well and can be used on color-treated hair.

Biolage FiberStrong Intra-CylaneTM Fortifying Cream - Each day before I comb through my wet hair, I use a dollop of  this leave-in cream. It conditions and strengthens, which helps to avoid any snapping or breakage when combing. My hair doesn't look greasy or heavy after it dries, which is a problem I've had with other brands. The cream actually fortifies hair with Bamboo and Ceramides, which, according to Biolage, leaves it 12x stronger.

I purchase my products at Ulta, but can you use the Matrix locator to find a retailer near you here.

What beauty regimens do you have for 2017? We'd love to hear them!
