One of my favorite things about Fall time is the desserts--specifically, Pumpkin Pie! I hadn't heard of the new Pumpkin Creme Pie that Edwards Desserts makes until last week, but having been a huge fan of their other creme pie, I figured this would be a win. Vanilla cookie crust with ginger and cinnamon, creme cheese and pumpkin layers, and whipped creme rosettes on top...Delicious! My husband and I conducted a taste test to consider it as a holiday dessert option. This pie has such a light and creamy taste to it, but at the same time, a small piece was all it took to leave us satisfied. It's a great way to give a little modern flare to the traditional holiday desserts! Even better, it's a thaw-and-serve pie, so no additional preparation is necessary. With as hectic as the holidays can get, I appreciate a little 'easy' once in a while!
When do you look for your 'easy' in your life?
