Glow Crazy Doodle Dome...Giveaway!

Our Glow Crazy Doodle Dome arrived this weekend and we couldn't wait to take it to our nephew for his third birthday! We wanted to find something different for him this year, instead of going with the typical cartoon character gifts we figured everyone else would be giving. This was definitely the right choice.

As soon as we told him he could go inside the Doodle Dome like a tent, he wanted to open it immediately. We were a little hesitant to open it during his party for fear that all of the kids would want to climb in at once, but after we set the rules, they were all really great with it. The Doodle Dome is recommended for ages 3 and older. It was the perfect size for two of the three year olds to climb inside. I would think it would be a bit snug for two kids any older, but plenty of room for one. I took some time to show the kids how to use the lightwand and stencils, which they loved. The pen was a little difficult for my nephew to use, but with my help he was able to do it and thought it was the coolest thing ever. After a while, the kids were totally content to play with the dome on its own. The adults of the party jokingly called it the perfect babysitter. I feel like we scored with this gift!
